5-YEAR HARTFELS GUARANTEE
In addition to your statutory warranty rights (which are not limited by this guarantee), HARTFELS provides a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase on the carbon telescopic pole, the brass fittings, and the quick-release clamps.
The guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship under intended, private use. Excluded are wear parts (bristles, squeegee lip, seals), damage from improper handling, force, drops, and normal wear and tear.
To make a claim, contact support@hartfels.eu with proof of purchase. We will repair or replace the affected component free of charge at our discretion. Guarantor: Artisan Trident Limited.
